Average Survey Score Gadget

To supplement our Customer Satisfaction Score gadget, we created this custom gadget to incorporate adjusted survey scores in the monthly numbers.

This gadget pulls in all the survey responses, along with the follow-up feedback provided by the customer and/or account manager (captured in our survey follow-up forms). You may display the original score or the adjusted score, and the drill-down includes the notes and details from the follow-up survey. You may also exclude “no response” surveys, which also negatively impact your average survey scores.
