Surveys Needing Follow-up

This is a custom gadget we developed to capture any survey responses meeting the following criteria:

      Less than a perfect score
      Customer included a comment
      Customer selected the option requesting feedback

To clear this gadget, our account management team must complete a “follow-up survey” for the offending ticket.  Once the ticket has a corresponding follow-up survey completed, it no longer appears in the “Surveys Needing Follow-ups” gadget.
