What is the Card Verification Code and why do we need it?
Also known as CVV2 or CVC2, it is a three-digit number imprinted on the signature panel of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards to help internet merchants verify that the customer has a legitimate card in hand at the time of the order. ConnectSMART LLC asks our customers for the CVV2 code and then our secure server sends it to the card Issuer as part of the authorization request. The card Issuer checks the CVV2 code to determine its validity, then sends a CVV2 result back to ConnectSMART LLC along with the authorization. CVV2 is required on all Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. You must enter this 3-digit code in the CVV2 field during checkout in order to create a successful transaction.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and the Company have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Although ConnectSMART is a month-to-month subscription, grandfather rights of pricing and discounts are only available for subscriptions that are continuously maintained. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com 30 days prior to the billing cycle date.
