
Agreements: See how you’re performing for each customer
Hi everyone! This week Inspector gadget we’ll be focusing on the GO-GO Gadget……”Agreements”! See our gadget from last week.

Agreements
This gadget allows you to see the performance of each customer under the agreements you have. This can be the hours spend on the customer under this agreement, the value of the agreement in dollars, the trend of the margin per customer (up, down, stable) and also which customers are new to an agreement.

Double click to see a chart of the agreement and the effective rate it has compared to the minimum value it must have to actually be ‘profitable’.

Adjust this gadget to your liking by setting the parameters of the “Agreements”:

What can I do with it?
You can use this gadget to see which customers under an agreement are more profitable or taking up more hours of work in comparison to other customers. Furthermore you can see if the margin per customer of an agreement changes over time in comparison to the shift in hours.
In addition, when you do a drill down on a customer you will see the effective rate for that customer of the agreement over time and the goal that you can set for a minimum effective rate.
