Average Response Time
This gadget allows you to see how long it takes for the service management and their employees to see their average response time to tickets in real-time. The time for all the tickets to be responded to in a certain period of time is averaged to measure performance.

What can I do with it?
You can use this gadget to see the average time that it takes the service employees to respond to tickets. This gadget is perfect for your company to measure and improve the average response time of your service department, and therefore make it more accountable. The employees can also be motivated better because they see the result of how they work live on a monitor.
Examples are: “Customer Responded“, “Average Response Time“, “Tickets Not Responded”, “Open Tickets By Service Type”, “Tickets By Tech”, “Tickets Resolved Yesterday” and the “Open Close Ratio” gadget.
This gadget can be bundled in a dashboard with the above named gadgets to acquire a single pane of glass of the indicators that affect the customer service, and make it more accountable to improve the workflow.
