This gadget allows you to see how many customers have been the last to respond to a ticket.
Double click to see a sortable grid of all the customers that have responded. Here you can see further ticket information and click on the ticket to enter ConnectWise into the exact location of the ticket.

What can I do with it?
This gadget is one of our favorites, you can use it to see when the customer was the last to communicate on a ticket. It’s perfect for getting quick responses back to your clients while also helping in lowering your average response times.
Examples are: “Customer Responded” gadget, “Average Response Time“, “Tickets Not Responded”, “Open Tickets By Service Type”, “Tickets By Tech”, “Tickets Resolved Yesterday” and the “Open Close Ratio” gadget.
This gadget can be bundled in a dashboard with the above named gadgets to acquire a single pane of glass of the indicators that affect the customer service, and use this to increase performance.
