Customer Satisfaction Score: What IT Does
You can use this gadget to get a visual glance of how your customer satisfaction score is taken from customer surveys from the past month. The gadget can show the customer satisfaction for a specific board or location but also all boards and locations.
This gadget is a digital gauge panel that shows you how satisfied your customers are based on the points from customer surveys held of the boards you enter in the parameter. The variance should be set between a hundred points and the top score. The customer satisfaction score can be refreshed from 5 seconds and onwards.
