What can I do with it?
You can use this gadget to get an easy and visual image of how productive your employees or teams are over a period of time without calculating all the time entries yourself versus the billable hours.
The management can use this gadget to see if the employees are meeting the goals in terms of minimum hours to work.
This gadget can be bundled in a dashboard to acquire a detailed path of the productivity in hours, how many hours are billable and the productivity of average SLA hours by tech. To conclude you can see how many tickets the techs have resolved in their hours and if they have met their minimum goal for billable utilization.
What do you bundle your “Hours By Tech” gadget with?
Next week we’ll be inspecting the “Open Tickets Age” gadget which will show you the number of open tickets that have reached a certain time period since the “Begin” or “End” time of a ticket. So make sure you tune in!
Until next week! GO- GO Gadget Helicopter!
