Idle Tickets by Status: What IT Does
You can use this gadget to get a handle on open tickets that have no updates and time entries for the time you have it set. This allows you to constantly be aware that updates still need to be done instead of forgetting about them because you don’t notice it. By following a drilldown you receive a sortable grid of these tickets to select in ConnectWise.
This gadget lets you see the open tickets that have not seen a status update or time entry yet within the fixed time of the gadget categorized by status in a bar graph.

Double click to see a sortable grid of tickets of the selected status and click on the ticket to go right into ConnectWise where it’s located.
