My Tickets: What IT Does
You can utilize this gadget to motivate yourself into achieving a higher goal when it comes to closing tickets. A manager can use this gadget to get insight into the productivity of the employees and reward/ motivate them based on the number they produce. This gadget can be easily compared to the “My Tickets Due Today” gadget to see if the workload is more or less than the number of tickets that were closed the day before.
This gadget shows you the name of how many open tickets a business unit or employee has done to date in a digital gauge panel (also by location, boards, status, priority, type and subtype).

Double click to see a sortable grid of the open tickets that are missing data and if you click on them it will directly link that ticket to the location in ConnectWise.
Adjust this gadget to your liking by setting the parameters of the “My Tickets”:
This gadget can be bundled in a dashboard to acquire a view of your own performance by having a visual view of the open tickets you had done in the past, how many you have today and which ones are older to the ratio you have with open and resolve tickets by time. The last gadget measures your response time by averaging all the time of the tickets you’ve spend time on.
