Hi everyone! For this week’s Gauges & Gadgets, we’ll be focusing on “My Tickets by Last Update”! See our gadget from last week.

My Tickets by Last Update
This gadget shows you the number of tickets in a period (you have designated e.g. -6 is 6 days back) of the tickets that you have updated in ConnectWise.
Double click to do a drilldown and see a sortable grid of your tickets that have been updated today. By clicking on the ticket number you will be directed to the ticket within ConnectWise.
Adjust this gadget to your liking by setting the parameters of the “My Tickets by Last Update”:
|Number of time units||You can set a time period of 6 weeks prior (is -6)|
|Time units||Year, month, week or day.|
|Is to Date||(checked) Looks back the specified amount of time (ex. -3 weeks: July 8th– July 28th) from today’s date.|
|Is to Date||(unchecked) Looks back the specified amount of time (ex. -3 weeks: July 1st– July 21st) from the beginning of time unit (month, week, etc.)|
What can I do with it?
You can use this gadget to see how many tickets you’ve touched in the past set time unit. This can be used to see how many tickets you have updated/ worked on and you can easily find a ticket back when you forgot to put in something but you can’t remember the ticket number.
Examples are: “My Tickets Not Acknowledged“, “My Idle Tickets“, “My Tickets Due Today“, “My Tickets Past Due“, “My Sales Points“, “My Done Yet“, “My Tickets Missing Data“ and the “My Tickets“ gadget.
This gadget can be bundled in a dashboard to acquire a birds’ eye view of all key metrics of personal productivity for the individual employee where they can easily see their tickets categorized by status to prioritize and keep track of their workload.
