PITA Clients: Track your customers that hurt your “bottom” line

Hi everyone! For this week’s Gauges and Gadgets, we’ll be focusing on “PITA Clients”! See our gadget from last week.

This gadget is a digital gauge that shows you a graphic chart of the company that costs the most money and time per agreement to maintain a relationship with. Each company is ranked on a point system and the place in the chart depends on the category of points a company falls under.

Customize it!
Adjust this gadget to your liking by setting the parameters of the “PITA clients”:

 Parameter:  Example:
 Locations  New York, Hollywood  etc.
 Exclude locations above  (checked) Does not calculate the locations mentioned in the field above.
 Exclude locations above  (unchecked) Calculates all locations there are in the field above.
 Business units  ‘connectsmart’, etc.
 Exclude business unit from above  (checked)  Does not calculate the data of the mentioned business units from above.
 Exclude business unit from above  (unchecked) Calculates all the data from the business units into the gadget.


What can I do with it?
You can use this gadget to analyze the profitability of your customers by the agreements that you offer. Furthermore, you can analyze why a company is PITA Client and try to offer service to this customer more efficiently. To conclude your company can either raise the price because it is more expensive to service this client, or let the customer go.
