Sales By Time
This gadget is a bar chart that shows you the revenue and margin over a period of time to compare periods with each other.
Double click to see a sortable grid of sales opportunities that are ranging from cold to hot and if you click on them it will directly link that ticket to the location in ConnectWise to further follow up on.
Adjust this gadget to your liking by setting the parameters of the “Sales By Time”:
|Boards||‘serviceboard’ , ‘sla – board’ etc.|
|Exclude boards above||(checked) Does not calculate the boards mentioned in the field above.|
|Exclude boards above||(unchecked) Calculates all the boards there are in the field above.|

What can I do with it?
You can use this gadget to acquire a view of the won revenue and won margin of sales over a period of time. This allows you to push ‘closing sales’ over to the next month when you now which months are generally slow in the year. You can also use this gadget to analyze how stable your won margin is over the won revenue by sales, and if the margin is under pressure or increasing compared to a previous period of time.
This gadget can be bundled in a dashboard to acquire a trail of how the sales by time are being formed and what KPI’s affect them. The sales funnel shows the leads forecast for each time period, what opportunities are idle and thus not closed in one month and how many days it takes to close opportunities by member.
